We just finished up rehabbing another North Carolina property, this time in Burlington which is about 20 miles east of Greensboro. It had been sitting vacant for about 2 years as it went through the foreclsure process so it was pretty sad, but in very good structural condition.

The rehab included fresh paint throughout, all new flooring (carpets, laminate and grouted VC tile for the bathrooms), new appliances and countertops, new roof, landscaping, deck repairs, and pressure washing. We also tune-up the entire house...if it's broken, worn, ugly or weird it gets replaced, fixed, cleaned or painted.
